Day 1 |
Lisbon arrival
If you have energy enjoy a stroll along Tagus River, in Parque das Nações, getting to know this modern area of the city developed from the once Expo 98, favored by green spaces and unique infrastructures such as the Oceanarium, the Atlantic Pavilion and Lisbon Casino.

Day 2 |
This day is dedicated to Lisbon where you will enjoy a tuk-tuk tour in the most ancient areas of the city. Enjoy the shops and the beautiful architecture of the Baixa-Chiado, visit Jerónimos Monastery in Belém, be delighted with the famous pastel de nata and relax in a tourist tour. Take some time to go up to Cristo Rei in Almada and enjoy the superb view over Lisbon city.

Day 3 | - - -
In the morning, visit Sintra, one of the most beautiful places in the world, and enjoy a magnificent visit to the Pena Palace where you will feel you are part of the Portuguese Royal family. Then drive to Óbidos, a beautiful medieval village inserted in the castle walls of Óbidos, where you can enjoy typical local trade and walk through the high walls of the castle, where you’ll have a breathtaking view over the sea and the green landscape. To delight yourself, Portugal B’side will offer you a very typical local specialty.

Day 4 | – Batalha - -
In the morning visit Alcobaça, in which you will be able to go to Monastery of Santa Maria de Alcobaça, one of the most notable and well-preserved examples of Cistercian spatial architecture and philosophy. Then, head up to Batalha to visit the amazing Convent of Santa Maria da Vitória, now known as the Batalha Monastery, build from a promise made on the battlefield by King John I to the Virgin Mary, promising a monastery construction if came out victorious from that historic battle. On your way to Tomar make a stop at Fátima and immerse yourself in the peace and tranquility that the Fatima Sanctuary transmits. Later, in Tomar, be amazed by the Convent of Christ and the Castle of Tomar, formerly the Templar mother-house of Portugal Kingdom for about 130 years. Also enjoy a stroll through the city center and the beautiful Mata Nacional dos Sete Montes (Seven Hills National Forest).

Day 5 | - Vila Nova da Barquinha – Castelo Novo - Piodão
To start the day in great style, enjoy a boat trip along Tagus River from Vila Nova da Barquinha to the Almourol Castle. This imposing Castle built on an island that rises over the Tagus River, is one of the most beautiful landscapes in Portugal. Then head north visiting small ancient villages, real relics of Portuguese history and culture, until you reach the Piodão village located in Açor Mountain, where you will be amazed with its characteristic schist houses that form a unique landscape in the green valley of the mountain.

Day 6 | Piodão - Seia - Manteigas - Belmonte
After awakening in Piodão enjoy a small walk on one of the most beautiful villages of the country. Then go to Seia where you’ll be able to visit the Museum of Bread and meet some of the objects and heritage of Portuguese bread history. You will also have the chance to visit Manteigas on your way to Belmonte, a typical village of Serra da Estrela, where you will be enchanted by this beautiful place filled with history. Walk through Belmonte center, don’t forget the Castle of Belmonte and visit an olive oil museum, which will turn your day into an unforgettable experience.

Day 7 | Belmonte - - -
By the morning visit Viseu and explore this very old city that had an excellent rehabilitation and modernization, where you can observe its main attractions and enjoy local crafts. Then, the route takes you to Aveiro known as the "Venice of Portugal", where you will enjoy an exciting moliceiro tour (a typical boat) on the beautiful Aveiro Lagoon, full of biodiversity and that joins the São Jacinto Dunes Natural Reserve. Still in Aveiro, visit a factory of traditional pastry, and learn some essential secrets of Portuguese pastry.

Day 8 |
To start the day, enjoy the tour we have organized for you in Oporto, one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal with an unparalleled history and ancient monuments. You will enjoy a cruise on Douro River with a privileged view over Oporto city and over the wine-growing landscapes. Also visit a wine cellar and taste some of the best and prestigious wines in the world.

Start the day strolling through the beautiful city of Guimarães to enjoy true treasures in this city full of patrimonial heritage. Then go to Braga, an equally historic and relevant city in the development of Portugal, who has nowadays a very young and modern spirit. Later, with the sea in sight, meet Viana do Castelo city in a walk that will show you the wonders of life in northern Portugal.

Day 10 | - Buçaco Mountain - - Conímbriga -
Start the day with a fantastic ride in the Buçaco National Forest, a garden planted in the early 17th century with natural species from all around the world, and that reflects the internationalization of the Portuguese language. Later visit the wonderful Coimbra city that has one of the oldest universities in the world. We organized a tour that will allow you to enjoy the city in the company of students from the university, which will show you exclusive spots of their city. To end this day, visit Conímbriga ruins, one of the best preserved vestiges of the Roman presence in Portuguese territory.
